Sleepy dragon

One of the best patterns available online is for this very adorable dragon. The written and video instructions are perfect, and I would like to thank Sharon Ojala for taking the time to post them. Thanks to her, two nieces and their young sons are thrilled with the dragon resting at their bedside. I have promised to make one dragon for each household in our extended family. While the two shown here are made of wool, and are about a foot high, I will be making the rest with thinner crochet yarn for proper amigurumi dragons.

Usha has aptly named the multicoloured dragon, which was made for Piyu, as Nashedi Dragon - thanks to the drunken look it/he has. The Orange one, now with Zeshen, is Droopy Dragon, but definitely a female  :) Now adding one more red one that I have made during the lockdown for Charu. I have made another red one for us, and that's happily sitting in my work area.
