Prosthesis for breast cancer survivors

In February 2019, Nilanjana told me about a group of women abroad who made prosthetic breasts for cancer survivors. I went online and found a group making 'knitted knockers'. I can't stand the name!!  Anyway, I used the pattern available online to make one prosthesis, knowing it was not the correct yarn required. Mid-year, Brinda sent me a link to a group that had started making the same prosthesis in India. They (Saaisha India) had also identified a supplier in Goa who provided the appropriate yarn for this. I joined the group in July and have made 12 pairs as of now, some crocheted and some knitted.
