Pigeon for Vivaan

two days before i left to meet piyu, she mentioned that vivaan loved pigeons. this little baby penguin, thanks again to perfect instructions from generous people online, turned out quite authentic. i used the amigurumi instructions, but used thick double-knit wool and a fat crochet hook.  shashank had picked up just one ball of this wool from cambridge, and it was just enough.

 like my friend arundhati said, this little chap does have a really startled expression :)
