Cushion covers - strips

before starting on baby quilt number 3, i decided to raid my 'kept away for later use' box and cut up a whole lot of 2" strips. for the past two days, i have worked at a crazy pace every afternoon/evening to the accompaniment of Criminal Minds, CSI and Law and Order (seeing bodies everywhere now really!! and the in-between reading of Hamish Macbeth is not helping :) ). i did manage to almost empty the box of leftovers, and shall now cut strips out of the fabric in the cupboard. need to make a couple more of these, as i need at least two, and ramya wants two colourful ones. i personally prefer the ones with the alternate white bands.

the cushion cover is made with the alternate strips of white and printed fabric, and the same white fabric (which has tiny printed flowers) has been used for the back of the cushion too.
