Log cabin quilt for Akshaya and Siddhant

Akshaya loves green and yellow, so after her wedding, I decided to make a quilt for her and Siddhant in her favourite colours. The quilt is pieced and ready, but needs a border. Thanks to the lockdown, I am not able to get fast-colour orange/red for the border, but the top is looking quite beautiful.

The jelly roll for this work came from The Square Inch in Chennai - beautiful batik work, thankfully in fast colour. It had a nice blend of greens, yellows and light orange too.

I really hope to be able to finish this one soon, before winter sets in.
